Responsibilities
Full responsibility for delivery of EPC projects for oil and gas processing facilities valued at liBn+
Managing cross-functional project teams (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning)
Budget, schedule, and quality control across all project lifecycle phases
Interfacing with clients, licensors, and subcontractors
Ensuring HSE compliance and adherence to regulatory standards
Requirements
Degree in chemical engineering, oil & gas, or industrial construction
20+ years of project management experience in oil & gas or petrochemicals EPC companies, including 10+ years as Project Director/Manager in International EPC companies
Experience with international EPC contracts (FIDIC, LSTK)
Knowledge of project management methodologies
English — Upper-Intermediate or above
Chinese Language Interpreter
Moscow / project sitesFull-time
Responsibilities
Consecutive and simultaneous interpretation at negotiations, meetings, and on construction sites
Written translation of technical documentation, contracts, and business correspondence (Chinese ↔ Russian)
Accompanying delegations of Chinese partners and licensors
Assisting in the coordination of technical specifications and commercial terms
Requirements
Fluent Chinese (HSK 5–6) and Russian
3+ years of interpreter experience, preferably in industrial or construction sector
Knowledge of oil & gas technical terminology is an advantage
Willingness to travel to production sites
